I started consulting as a Business Assistant for multiple clients in 2011 as a 'side-hustle' while still holding onto my full-time roles in HR and project management. After five years of successful consulting work, it was clear that I needed to transition Business Assisting into my full-time role. I support entrepreneurs and business owners who need help checking a variety of stuff off their to-do lists once and for all; then they can go on to make the big moves while I operate seamlessly in the background.

It was natural to build my business around my belief that the NOW is the only moment we really have to be concerned with, lit up by, and fully immersed in.

When I am actively present in my life I am much more conscious of my thoughts and actions— how I wake up, who I choose to work with, where I decide to work from, how I sign off on emails. My Intention is to stay present in life, to see the abundance around each corner, and to be free from the idea that I must be anyone other than my truest self.
