+ What does hypnosis feel like?

In hypnosis you may feel calm, euphoric, focused, secure and relieved. A few minutes of hypnosis can seem like several hours of restful sleep. Every morning when you first wake up and every night just before you fall asleep you go into a light state of hypnosis. When watching a good TV show or movie, reading a great book or daydreaming, you go into a similar state of hypnosis.

Hypnosis is different for everyone — there is NO right way to be hypnotized.

+ Can anyone go into hypnosis?

Yes, everyone can be hypnotized and there is no correct way to go into hypnosis — it is an absolute myth that only some people can be hypnotized.

+ What's the difference between Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis?

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to bring you to a deeply relaxed and focused state where you can work on the goals that are most important to you and heal the pain that is leading to habits and pattern that don't serve you. 

+ Are you Licensed & Certified Hypnotherapist?

Yes, I hold a certification with the International Hypnosis Federation (a premier association for holistic practitioners); I suggest you never work with a Hypnotherapist who has not gone through training — your mind, thoughts, and beliefs are sacred and you don’t want just anyone in there.
